【Flow from Order to Delivery】
STEP1. Arranging the product (3 to 6 business days after order)
After the order (payment confirmation) is completed, we will place an order with the manufacturer on the next business day.
→We will inspect the product, carefully package and wrap it, and prepare it for shipping.
STEP2. Ship the product to the customer's country from overseas (7 to 10 business days after order)
Shipped by air to your country after passing through customs from overseas shipping hubs.
At this stage, we will send a tracking number that allows you to check the detailed shipping status to your email address.
→After arriving in your country, it will go through customs again and be transported to the domestic warehouse.
STEP3. After arriving in your country, it will be shipped by a local carrier (14-20 business days after order).

Please be aware that there may be delays beyond the estimated time due to the inspection process for delivering high-quality products, which may involve product exchanges, or due to the flight status of international shipping.

【Where can I check the tracking number?】
We will notify you at the email address registered by you once the product has been produced and the shipping process has been completed.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed at our warehouse. The processing time for orders is as follows.
Depending on the product design and item, it may take 3-10 business days (this may vary based on product availability). To deliver the highest quality to our customers, our items are made to order. (*Some products may not be made to order.)

【Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?】
Customs duties for international shipping vary by country. If customs duties are charged, they will be the customer's responsibility.
【Delivery Failure / Returned to Sender / Abandonment of Package】
If the delivery address or phone number is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered to the specified address, the package will be returned to the sender (Punkgram) at the customer's expense.
If the recipient (customer) is not present at the time of delivery, the package will be held at the local delivery center for pickup (as indicated in the tracking history based on the destination country). If the customer does not receive the package for any reason, it will be returned to the sender (Punkgram) at the customer's expense.
In the case of international customers, if the package is refused upon delivery, it will be returned to the sender (Punkgram) at the customer's expense. The costs include shipping fees/customs duties. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If returned, the package will be held at customs for 30 days and will then be discarded. If the package is discarded, you will lose the right to exchange or refund your order.
